Charlene Benjamin Hartung

Chairperson & Founder of The Blush Foundation

She is the founder of the blog All Things Charlie.com

She is a wife, a mother to 2 kids and has over 15 years experience as a marketing executive. She currently runs her family business – a meat processing facility in Swakopmund.

Charlie is a philanthropist and giving back and helping others is at the core of who she is. 

Johnathan Harris

Co-Founder & Trustee

He is a young and vibrant entrepreneur, creative director,  Namibian male model and the Founder of Miss Teen Swakopmund. He is a second year marketing student as well as a mental health activist.

Johnathan is the coordinator of The Sanitary Towel Project and the Social Media Manager for All Things Charlie. 

Alden Strauss

Trustee

He is a father of 2 boys, a husband who has an absolute passion for giving back to the community he operates in.

Alden is an avid cyclist and believes a healthy body creates a healthy mind.

Beatrice Schultz

Trustee

She is a young aspiring intrapreneur who has a deep love to see people grow, and thrive and has an uncanny flair for entrepreneurship. She is the Co-Founder and Owner of Akoma Talks, which is a platform to motivate, inspire, support and positively influence women and society at large is her personal brain-child.

Beatrice is able to build bridges between diverse ethnicities, social strata and male/female gendered environments in various spaces such as organisations, communities, and schools. She is involved in social activities that seek to impact communities in progressive ways. These include women empowerment, early childhood education, and capacity building amongst the youth.
